Baz\u0131 sat\u0131c\u0131 firmalar y\u00fcksek metrekare g\u00f6stererek dairenin cazibesini art\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Maalesef baz\u0131 m\u00fcteahhit ve emlak\u00e7\u0131lar sat\u0131\u015f politikalar\u0131n\u0131 kazan\u00e7 ve m\u00fc\u015fterinin y\u00fczeysel memnuniyetlerini g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurarak hareket ettiklerinden, her zaman br\u00fct alan \u00fczerinden tan\u0131t\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 yapmalar\u0131 da piyasa gere\u011fi olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu y\u00fczden ev sat\u0131n alma kararlar\u0131nda;sadece fiyat, alan ya da proje bilgilerini de\u011fil bir\u00e7ok ko\u015fulu da incelemek gerekiyor. B\u00f6yle bir d\u00fczenlemenin sonucunda ise art\u0131k metrekare farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda t\u00fcketicinin korunmas\u0131 daha kolay olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>E\u011fer gayrimenkul\u00fc sat\u0131n ald\u0131ktan sonra, bahse konu ev hakk\u0131ndaki \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerin size belirtmi\u015f olan \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerden farkl\u0131 oldu\u011funu fark etti\u011finiz durumda ise; T\u00fcrk Bor\u00e7lar Kanununun sat\u0131\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi genel h\u00fck\u00fcmlerinde bahsedilen ay\u0131pl\u0131 ifa h\u00fck\u00fcmlerince mahkemeye ba\u015fvurularak, tazminat isteme hakk\u0131n\u0131z s\u00f6z konusu olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Fakat \u015fu hususu da belirtmek isteriz ki; s\u00f6zle\u015fmede sat\u0131n al\u0131nan konutun net ve br\u00fct metrekare \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmleri yer al\u0131yorsa,t\u00fcketicinin itiraz hakk\u0131 art\u0131ks\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildir.
